What to Expect When You Use Elena’s Mobile Notary Service

If there is one thing we can all guarantee in life, it is that you will need public notary services. Many legal documents, such as a Deed of Trust or Power of Attorney, require a notary to witness the signature of an individual for important real estate transactions and transfer individual financial responsibility to another family member. You may even require a notary public for international travel. A notary stamp signifies that the signer has been verified, or sworn an oath, to be a true person and that they signed on their own free will.

When you contact me, I will listen to your needs to ensure that I am able to provide the services that you request. Please note that I am not able to prepare your documents or provide legal advice, so it’s best for you to receive guidance from a lawyer in those situations.

Once your documents are prepared and ready for signatures, we can then discuss locations to meet and get your documents signed and taken care of. We will need a physical form of a government-issued ID, such as a passport, driver’s license, work Visa, or green card. My services are here when life doesn’t always allow you to take care of things during regular business hours or locations.

When we meet, I will confirm your identity, and we can sign and seal your documents. The documents will be completed accurately and quickly to prepare you for your next steps.
